Councillor Grants Available to Local Groups and Charities

Round 1 of the Warwickshire County Council Councillor’s Grant Fund is ending shortly. Applications need to be in by 9 October 2017 so please do share this with any local groups or organisations in the local community. Warwickshire County Councillor Dan Gissane at Shire Hall

As Warwickshire County Councillor for Galley Common the grant fund provides me with £5000 to award to community and voluntary organisations in the area. The grants are aimed at funding small scale projects that address local community priorities in the Galley Common Division (Church Farm, Galley Common, The Shires, Whittleford) to support the following outcomes:

  • Warwickshire’s communities and individuals are supported to be safe, healthy and independent;
  • Warwickshire’s economy is vibrant and supported by the right jobs, training, skills and infrastructure.
